• Newcastle Indoor Plant Hire Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for trees and stands if no one is available to accept delivery
• COD trees will not be left if payment is not available on delivery
• If a stand is purchased and delivery required, staff from Newcastle Indoor Plant Hire will set up the tree in the stand, otherwise an instruction sheet will be left
• Trees will not be left if access is difficult or dangerous
• Delivery limited to Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Port Stephens unless special arrangement is made
