• Newcastle Indoor Plant Hire Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for trees and stands if no one is available to accept delivery
• COD trees will not be left if payment is not available on delivery
• If no one is available to accept delivery we ask that you leave a garbage bin half full of water at the front entrance in a shady spot
• Trees will not be left if access is difficult or dangerous
• Delivery limited to Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Port Stephens unless special arrangement is made
